Remove the upper casing of the submersible pump to expose the top impeller
Rotate the impeller by hand to see if it is flexible
Pull the impeller towards the pump axis to observe the total channeling amount of impeller below seven (generally 4-6mm for QJ pumps).
Install the clutch and motor together so that the shaft head of the motor and the shaft head of the water pump are firmly aligned and there is no gap.
Consider the gap between the upper and lower ducts of the impeller, which should be in the middle of the entire duct (permissible deviation ±0.5mm).
If the deviation is greater than 0.5mm, use the adjustment disc to adjust the middle position, and rotate the impeller by hand to make it flexible.
Then drill the hole for the coupling push-off screw and tighten the push-off screw to install the upper housing.
Use the crowbar again to move the clutch in a circular way and it should rotate flexibly to be suitable for mounting. Then install the filter and the cable grommet box.
